Logan Auto Inc. is a Canadian company incorporated in 2008. Specializing initially in alarms, the business transitioned into wholesale distribution and eventually exporting to the US market. With dealers established in New England, the southeast, the Midwest, upper Midwest and expansion planned for the western USA, Logan has grown rapidly since 2017.
Logan Auto LLC. was established in Michigan in 2019 and is a licensed automobile dealer in the State. With the creation of this sister company Logan can efficiently transfer titles from Canadian to American and get them into our dealer’s hands quickly.
The business is owned and operated by Sonya (American) and Ted (Canadian) Grinstead. We are located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario and from our office windows can look east across the Niagara River to Lewiston, New York. The I.T. guru who keeps everything humming is Gordon Li.
